Capitolfest is presented by the Capitol Civic Center, Inc., a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. The Capitol relies on contributions from our patrons to support the preservation of the Capitol’s facilities, cover essential operating expenses, and conduct educational programs like Capitolfest. Allocate Your Donation
If you prefer, we invite you to make a donation to a specific cause, such as those listed below. To allocate your donation to one of these uses, or something else you have in mind, please call the Capitol at 315-337-6277 or send a check made out to “Capitol Theatre.” Please specify your preferred allocation in the check’s memo line.
Theater Organ Restoration Fund
Help to restore the Capitol’s unique Möller theater organ. This fund is used exclusively to restore the instrument so it will be functional and enjoyed for years to come.
Capitolfest Programming
Help us cover the cost of film shipping, projection maintenance, printing, and more of the expenses that add up fast when you’re planning a film festival.
Cat Care
Help provide nourishing meals to the Capitol’s resident greeters, Jeannine C. Cat and Carl LaFong.
