The following are prohibited on Capitol grounds:

• Firearms or weapons of any kind

• Balloons or other floating items

• Smoking and Vaping

• Outside food and drink

• Noisemakers

• Flashlights and laser pointers

• Unauthorized video and audio recording

• Still photography during movie screenings

Staff members may use their discretion to prohibit any items or behavior that pose a safety hazard to, or diminish the enjoyment of, other guests. Anyone concerned about another patron’s behavior is encouraged to speak to a staff member or volunteer.
